Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original organic cotton bags and use the biodegradable mailer provided in your initial shipment.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse verifies the condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
